01Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loadcurl's marketing website (loadcurl.com), documentation (docs.loadcurl.com), dashboard (app.loadcurl.com), HTTP APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Loadcurl Pvt Ltd ("Loadcurl," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Loadcurl.
02Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Loadcurl. You may register with email and password or connect a Google account. You must verify your email when we send a verification link.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including tests run from your workspace.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access; revoke sessions from dashboard Settings
- Ensure people you invite to a company workspace comply with these Terms
- Do not share login credentials; use invites and roles instead
03Workspaces and Teams
When you register, we create a personal workspace and make you its Owner. You belong to one active workspace at a time.
The Owner of a personal workspace may upgrade it to a company workspace (one-way). Inviting a member also converts a personal workspace to a company. Company roles are Owner, Admin, and Member, with permissions enforced by the Service.
- Tests, reports, and the request wallet belong to the active workspace, not to an individual login
- Accepting a company invite parks your personal workspace; leaving restores it (or creates a new personal workspace)
- Owners must transfer ownership before leaving a company
- Invite tokens expire; invites must be accepted with the invited email address
04Acceptable Use of Load Tests
Loadcurl sends real HTTP traffic to URLs you configure. You may only test systems you own or for which you have explicit authorization from the owner. You are solely responsible for the targets, headers, bodies, and load profile you submit.
- Do not test endpoints without authorization
- Do not use the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party infrastructure
- Do not attempt to bypass test limits, authentication, or organization access controls
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our consent
- Do not upload malware or attempt to abuse workers, reports, or billing
05Plans, Wallet, and Billing
Workspaces have a request wallet (allotted, available, held, and used) and are subject to plan limits shown in Billing (for example request volume, RPS, duration, history, and team size). Target RPS is capped by the current plan unless an account is unrestricted.
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay according to prices shown at checkout or in Billing. If a paid period is still active, a new plan may be queued instead of applied immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
06Your Content and Test Data
You retain ownership of request configurations, target URLs, headers, bodies, and test results. You grant Loadcurl a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including running tests, storing reports, and generating PDFs).
Loadcurl retains all rights in the Service itself, including software, branding, documentation, and report formats.
07Service Availability and Beta
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect the Service.
The Service is offered as a pre-launch / beta product. Features, limits, and APIs may change or be discontinued without notice.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Load test results are informational; they do not guarantee production performance.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadcurl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, including damage to systems you chose to test.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Loadcurl in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, run unauthorized tests, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice where practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
